thats my cpu for now, i still dont have enough to buy a new cpu but for now i think i can buy any video card that can be compatible with my motherboard
he might have a issue running a gtx 750 those cards require some form of uefi bios to operate and im not sure if his mobo will support that. with the computers i have worked with a gtx 750 wont boot with the older socket 775 mobos

I have never had any issues with the 750 being compatible with older builds.
The R7 260, 260x, or 360 are comparable to the GTX750. They use more watts though. I wouldn't be as confident with that 350w psu with one of those.
alot of manufacturers are proactive on updating their bios to make there old boards compatible with new hardware, however some are not and he does have a pretty early 775 board. most amd gpu's have a switch to go between a uefi and legacy bios making them compatible with a bit more but they are pretty power hungry
Right now i dont have enough to get a new unit thats why im just trying to make my cpu work and have it upgrade just a little so i can play with much better resolution and not lag or delayed when i raise my settings to a medium settings.
I just want to get a better graphics card for now, that can be compatible with my psu as well.
if you get a new gpu and psu you should be able to do that. and then if you ever do upgrade cpu. ect you can move the gpu and psu over. what exactly is your budget

for now my budget for the graphics card is atleast around 100usd for the psu i think 20-30usd is enough.
