I want to play Dota2, CSGO, BF4 1080p 55-60fps ULTRA

i5 4460 second hand is $117 or bnew is $178
B85 PRO GAMER $102
any 2x4gb 1600mhz CL9 ram $55
Palit gtx 970 jetstream $320

I could literally buy all bnew stuffs for $655 if im not going to OC.

prices are from Philippines,.

I'm also fine with buying the Skylake i5-6600k then buy the graphics card late january 2016
but is overclocking CPU worth it for gaming ONLY?
I also tend to sell my mobo + ram + processor every 3 years *after warranty period*

well my say is no, because it is a 3rd gen cpu, where as the skylake is brand new 6th gen. and the 6th gen cpu's are more efficient, and has more features
the only good thing in that list is the r9 280x, which might be worth seeing what he could give it to you for.

is there a big difference between i5 4460 vs i5 6400 vs i5 6600k for gaming?

the will be a difference, appartently there is about 6% difference from the 4690k and the 6600k.
you will notice a difference between the 3570k and the 6600k
