Hello everyone, I'm currently trying to build/buy a new budget gaming PC. I don't need it to run on ultra settings. Just decent enough for me to play and have satisfactory experience with the game and graphics. I've been reading a lot here in the forums and I've been locked on the two processors...AMD a8-7600 and the intel g3258 3.2 ghz unlocked

I'm not sure on the mother board though since i've read that intel g3258 needs a specific board to take advantage of OC...I'd get 8gb ram and a video card, i'm thinking r7 250x...

Hopefully within a 300$ range...I'm in the philippines and it would amount around that range per conversion...

Hoping for your expert advice...Thanks

The G3258 is a much better processor. Regarding the graphics card it is a decent choice regarding your budget but it is obvious that you will be limited in terms of performance. Finally, if you are going overclock then go for a Z type motherboard (prob. a z68, z87 or the more expensive z97)

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah but I make do with what I can currently build. My bro was able to play bf4 with the a8 7600 + r240 ddr5 1gb w/ boost on high settings its just that I don't have much to spare for these kind of things having kids. These are the following motherboards available w/in my budget: But if i really need the z type then I guess I have to save up a little more but anything that can atleast replace that would also be fine.

Asus&H81MSD&(with&Parallel)
Asus&H81MSA
Asus&H81MSC&(with&Parallel&PCI)
Asus&H61MSC
Gigabyte&GASB85MSHD3
Gigabyte&GASB85MSGaming&3
Gigabyte&GASH81MSS2PH&(w/&Parallel,&Serial,&HDMI&PCI)
MSI&H81MSP32&(w/&Parallel&Serial)
MSI&B85MSP33&v2&(with&Parallel)
