My computer is soon to be 9 years old which component is most likely to fail first?

We first received our Dimension E520 in January 2007 and since then have made multiple upgrades, what i have changed is:

New CPU
New/ More RAM
SSD
1TB Hard Drive

What i haven't changed:
DM061 Motherboard
CPU Fan/ Heatsink
Original 320GB WD drive still in there but only used for Back-Ups now
305w PSU

I do clean out the dust every now and then, but i feel like it's only a matter of time before something fails.

It is, indeed, a tech "antique". However, for general purpose use, it is fine. I would start planning on a new rig in the not too distant future. Start with a budget and determine your specific needs, then post a thread in the Systems section of the forums and members will help you build a new system.

BTW, I would not recommend spending any more $$$ on this old Dell. When it dies, allow it to go gracefully into tech heaven. However, be sure you are backing up anything important to an alternate storage device, just in case it happens sooner than expected.

Thanks for the answers, i will definitely not be spending anymore money on this build as it already has a Q6600 and 8GB RAM, and an OK R7 240 GPU. The best it can do is Mass Effect 1-3 at a good framerate at 720p. All this with an SSD makes it perfectly fine for my everyday tasks. The only thing i would possibly get is a PSU if the current one fails while saving for a new build.
