The games you are looking at work best on powerful fast cores, that's Intel. FX6300 has more, but less powerful cores.

I would not make that change. You have a budget which limits options. I can get a better GPU by cutting back elsewhere, but that's not what I would choose to do

Everything is cut to the minimum to get to the next better card.

For what purpose? Productivity, gaming, HTPC, rendering? That is not really enough budget for anything more than low-end.

hey thanks a lot for all your help!, i think I'll go with the one that has the gtx 960, I'll look up some benchmarks on YouTube. again,thank you! im new to pc building btw.this will be my first pc build
