£300-£350 pc build

Solution

That looks like my build. You need to link.

The games you are looking at work best on powerful fast cores, that's Intel. FX6300 has more, but less powerful cores.

I would not make that change. You have a budget which limits options. I can get a better GPU by cutting back elsewhere, but that's not what I would choose to do

Everything is cut to the minimum to get to the next better card.

The 4GB card is well worth the little extra over the 2Gb.

FX6300 is not cheaper really.
