Hy , My pc restarts during gaming when power spikes or dim

there is not a solution for power going up and down in our country , but that doesnt mean i cant play some games ,
i have -
500 watt cooler master psu
r9 280x vapor x tri x
i5 4690k at stock
i have a ups too but it restarts too or it doesnt go into battery mode when power goes down , please help

Your PSU is the likely issue. It is likely not providing enough stable power to your GPU when gaming causing the problems you are seeing.

I would suggest a stronger, better quality PSU (i.e. Seasonic, XFX, EVGA, etc). I would also recommend you connect your computer to a Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to protect it from external power issues.

i have a UPS , but before it goes into battery mode pc shutdowns , so you are suggesting that other psu of better quality will not let pc shutdown in sudden power drop ?
