Computer keeps restarting randomly

So, I'm just minding my own business, another gaming day, playing GTA V with friends. I close the game, and it's time for some Black Ops II, and suddenly computer restarts. I'm like, okay, this is just some sort of loose cable issue, I tighten all cables, I even switch power chords, computer restarted....and restarted....and restarted.....again....and again. I thought it was maybe the dirty PC, I could try using a blower on it, and so I did, and problem seemed to persist.

My specs:

HIS HD 7770 OC Gigabyte Sapphire edition,
480W Cooler Master PSU,
8GB RAM (4GB x2),
g1.sniper.b5 motherboard,
Intel core i5 4570.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

JAYnines guess is a possibility, the graphical errors could be caused by something completely different than the PC restarting-problem you had before. If your PSU doesn't reproduce the problem at the repairshop, perhaps the repairguy just didn't stress it enough. Most of the time they tend to just put it on a board, see if the pc starts up and claim that there is no problem....
Few years ago I had a similar problem with a graphicscard, it showed some colorful lines all over the screen and misplaced color speckles. Few days after that it died completely (It was a fan error and I was too stupid to see it). Maybe you damaged the fan while rebuilding the pc with the new PSU, or you didn't plug in all fans while reasambling it. See if the...

Temperatures didn't seem to be the problem. Processor stands at a normal temp of 47 degrees and GPU has a normal temperature too. Computer restarts randomly, may that be after 15 minutes after starting time, or during boot up.

Replaced RAM, computer still restarted. I will replace PSU when I get a spare one in a few hours. I'll let you know how it goes. But, besides the PSU, what else could be the possible issue, I mean in these sort of situations PSU is usually the culprit.

If it's not the PSU the options are a broken mainboard (for example a broken USB Controller or something), a failure in the CPU, a not well mounted CPU-cooler (But that would most of the time show in high temps), Wrong RAM-Configuration (Too high speed configured)..... I would check one thing after another.

Since, I've checked the RAM, and the CPU having fine temperatures, it leaves only the PSU and the motherboard. I just hope it's the PSU. Since I bought the PSU used from someone, I'm guessing this was bound to happen. Anyhow, I'll see replacing it this evening.

A motherboard going faulty would have very less chances, no?

The chance that a mainboard gets defective while the pc runs is very small, at least a lot smaller than a PSU-failure. Just test it with a new PSU and bother with other options after you ruled the PSU out.

I've been using a new PSU for about 5-6 days now with no problem up until now. I was playing Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham, and all of a sudden colored lines appear on the screen. I wait a little, and screen appears again only to show me that drivers had crashed with a fucked up desktop mixed with blue and yellow colors everywhere.

I also gave my PSU for repair and the guy said that the error couldn't be reproduced on HIS system. I don't know what can be the obvious problem anymore. Any suggestions as of what may be causing this?

Maybe you damaged the fan while rebuilding the pc with the new PSU, or you didn't plug in all fans while reasambling it. See if the GPU gets hot with a diagnostics tool and take a look at the FAN to see if it's spinning. If the temps are very high, then remove the GPU-Fan, clean it up and reapply it with new thermal paste. Make sure that all your case fans are connected and that there is good airflow in you case.

Can't thank you guys enough. I finally fixed the problem, turns out it was a GPU problem. I seemed to just re-install my drivers, and everything is good so far. 1 week of uninterrupted gameplay.

P.S. That restarting problem was an entirely different thing, yeah.
