Local disk has less space then what i really have...

Solution

However the OS has ended up on that SSD, you've done it wrong.

Copied the old hard drive to the SSD? How?
This 250GB SSD now, somehow, has 2 x Recovery partitions. That should not be.
It also has a 32GB System Reserved partition.

So, to fix....
How old is this install?
Do you have the install media and license key?
Where did these "Recovery Partitions" come from? Was the original install on the old disk something...
Hi

What is your motherboard make and model?
What is operating system

Some old motherboards supported max of 128 GB size of hdd ( which is equivalent to 137,000,000,000bytes)( hope i have got the correct number of 000)

Sometimes a bios upgrade fixed this
If not data corruption can occur

Holy crap that is a messed up drive.

System Reserved is 32GB. It should be maybe 350MB.
2 x Recovery partitions of 32GB each.

Who made this?

Well, yeah...I'd be considering a whole new reinstallation.

You could delete each of those "Recover Partitions" on the right (31.91GB each), and then extend the main space into that now empty space. But where did they come from?
Generally, those only exist from a factory install.

Secondarily, the 31.87GB System Reserved. That is your boot info. It should actually be 300 or 350MB, not ~32GB.
How did this happen?

Me personally? The easiest, fastest way to fix? Wipe the drive and reinstall from scratch.

But you are the only one who knows how this got there.
But from where I sit....that looks like a hosed up install.

Fix or reinstall...which is better/easier/faster?
