I have constant screen tearing on my new pc. only built it around a month ago and ever since it was running, i get horrible screen tearing on Netflix, youtube, and games. I have tried almost every combination of vsync and frame rate options in Nvidia Inspector but to no avail. Specs: i7 4790k, gtx 970, asrock z97 extreme 6 mobo, corsair vengeance 16gb ram, a couple of ssd's and hdd's. PLEASE HELP!!! I have been trying to fix this issue for incredibly long and when you spend over a grand on a computer, you really want it to work properly!! thanks, felix

Yes, I have a dual monitor setup and both are plugged into the GPU. one is using DVI and one is HDMI. Screen tearing occurs on both. Secondly all my graphics drivers are up to date, yes. If you have any other solutions, i would be glad to hear them, thanks

Use GPUz logging and HWIFNO64 as discussed in that thread to see what speeds your cpu/gpu is hitting, usage, etc.
