Purchasing new mini PC!

I'm planning to buy this mini PC:

Specs is:
4GB RAM
500 GB HDD
Intel core Quad CPU
GPU unknown
the point is GPU i'm scared if its Intel IGPU
does anyone know the brand of this PC or know what GPU is? on the photo above
and does mini PC's support RAM upgrading and GPU replacement?
Its OS is Windows 8.1
and what the cons of mini PC's?(difference between mini PC and regular PC)

So you want to buy that PC but don't know its brand? Do you even know the name of the model?

The cons are the bad performance and higher cost/performance due to its size. Plus you usually can't exchange any parts and the number of connectors are very limited.

This mini PC has CPU that doesn't support IGPU (Integrated graphics)
I think i found the brand not sure i found another mini PC from same seller and a logo on top of it says (SEMARS)
