Hi all first i would like to know if there are any suggestions to my pc build before i acquire all the hardware.
I would also like to know if my pc would compete with the likes of a playstation 4 if i get some playstation remotes.
I will want to overclock both the graphics card and CPU.

MSI z170a m5
6600k/4960k intel i5
GTX 960/970
8g DDR4 ram either 2400mhz or 1600mhz
256g samsung evo ssd
cool master Hyper evo 212 cpu aircooler
I already own a (Coolmaster cosmos 1000 with 3massive fans,a 750 watt psu,500g seagate hdd and a cd/dvd drive )

AS you can see i am concerned with the differences in ram cpus and those two graphics cards.
If you could please help me i would appreciate it so much as in South Africa there aren't many stores i can get very good advice from.

The hardware in a PS4 is less powerful than your PC. The GTX 970 is naturally more powerful than the GTX 960.

System RAM on the motherboard does not have to be the same as RAM on a dedicated GPU especially since DDR5 does not exist for system RAM.

Additionally, because the PS4 and Xbox One does not have very high specs, they will use lower quality textures compared to what's available to PC games. Some graphical effects are also likely to be toned down to reduce GPU demand in consoles.

Perfect so just regarding my setup 1600 vs 2400 ram and the 2 cpus i am choosing between what would be the performance difference and under your opinion what would you go for.
