Hello i recently ordered a gtx 460 palit and i am wondering if my psu is compatible and if not is their any adapters i can buy

There's lots of cheaper PSUs. But I don't recommend any of them. If you want a unit that's reliable and can actually supply the capacity required, that's what I'd go with. Anything low down the food chain that that unit is either going to be below the recommended capacity or have questionable reliability and potential for an early failure. The power supply is the primary component you don't EVER want to skimp on.
No. Avoid the EVGA W1, B1, G1 and NEX units. EVGA units that are recommended would be any of the B2, G2, P2, T2, GS and PS models. Any unit listed in a position of Tier 1 or Tier 2 on the tier list linked to above.
