But why? What are you trying to achieve with this? There are multiple ways to make using a second drive feel seamless.
i found on google that in raid0 two ssd drives would operate quicker.

No it is not! Not even a little bit. Do not do this.

Plus which...a 120GB drive and a 64GB drive in RAID 0 = a 128GB drive. 2 x the size of the smallest.
Do not do this. Put the RAID 0 concept out of your mind completely. Do not think of this again.
Now...if you want to use and dualboot with a Linux OS, fine. Windows on one, Linux on the other.
