when i play h1z1 i get a solid 60 fps but i can notice stuttering im not sure what is causing it if you could help that would be great

i know its 60 fps because of the steam fps thingy(forgot exact name)
i7 4790k
gtx970 strix
hyperx fury 1866 8 gigs
gigabyte gaming 3 mobo
cooler master 650m
ill go play a little and check usage

how do i check the usage of each core and the gpu usage
also when playing the cpu usage whatt 14-17

and it shows 8 from hyperthreading should i tell you all 8

none went to 100 but cpu 0 got kinda high
asus gpu tweak is not out yet for windows 10 is msi afterburner

cpu 1 went up to 60% and gpu went to 35%-40% usage
what could be causing it i heard somthing about th windows 10 drivers thing
