One of my pins on my USB 3.0 flash drive broke recently. I don't know where the pin currently is. Is there anyway to at least get the information off the drive? If you are looking at the connector it is the right most pin

If you're referring to a pen drive, there's no way to fix a bust USB socket on it. It's history, and so is the data.

You should have kept the data backed up to a hard drive or to CD/DVD. I lost count the number of times I've warned people about the importance of backups, it's so easy to do I just don't get why many people seem to don't care or bother.

I successfully recovered all the data on the drive! After finding the correct connection on the board I was able to use a female to male usb cord to connect the drive to the computer and copy the data to the computer.

After doing quite a bit of research I found the pin that broke was the power connection, but this method will work if any of the connections broke.
