I have tried almost everything and i have no idea what to do. Every day their are 4-6 more of them. As of now i have 143 of these files and everyday it continues to build up. No matter what i so i can not delete them as you can see in the video. I do not know what else to do. These stupid files are on my second storage device which is a WD Black 1TB HDD. I use a Samsung EVO SSD as my OS Storage

You could verify the hard drive health is good and not starting to fail(hard disk sentinel...etc)

make sure the memory isn't throwing out errors.(onboard memory test or Memtest)

If you think you have viruses running a muck the easeist thing to do is to reinstall windows. You could try to reformat the mechanical secondary drive but it may not fix the cause.

I downloaded it and it said my HDD and SSD are both 100% in Performance and Health.

Ccleaner
Malwarebytes(also do the custom rootkit scan)
NPE
anti virus scan of some sort
Revo uninstaller
Auslogics defrag

could try these. If you find any viruses and this doesn't help then baring some other fix its probly best to reinstall windows.

Nope i have not even had a BSOD in 3 months. All my Drivers are up to date, No Virus/Malware, did many Memory DIagnostics and even swapped my memory with my Wifes and it still had these files popping up and tried different DIM slots.

I have did them all and freshly install windows and it still happens after a month of a fresh W10 install

Those look to be files that Windows uses when it downloads and installs updates and patches. They are on every system although usually not in the second drive like that, you likely changed some settings during setup or where file locations were.

How do i change it man? And they all have something to do with Microsoft Visual Studios because within each file it talks about whatever the hell that is.

Leave them, they are there for updates. You can run system cleanup and check off delete temporary and older patch files, should have an option for those.
