How much would you offer someone for this system? Trying to decide on a price to offer some guy.

Specs:
500GB Western Digital 7200rpm SATA
1GB Asus 7750 DDR5 Video Card
8GB DDR3 Ram (Unsure of any other ram information besides)
Asus M5A78L-M LX Plus Motherboard
AMB Phenom x4 Quad 960T CPU 3.0GHz Turbo at 3.4GHz
350W Power Supply
Got all of it in a old ACER case up he says it works fine lol.

Ill email him and find out power supply specs and ram specs. Ill update after I get the info.
How much do you roughly think its worth?

It's hard to determine. If it was OC'd a lot, or used for bitcoin mining, etc I'd pay less for it. Same goes for if it was subjected to bad conditions like dust or moisture. I'd offer $250ish but much more than that and you're getting into the territory of building a starter PC.

If you intend to buy : $0. The only thing worth anything on a pc that old and used is the OS possibly if it's a legit copy of win7 or win8.1. And the ram which could be of further use. The hdd is used and age correct for that system, so is rather short on its usable lifetime. The cpu and mobo are end-of-life when it comes to any more modern game, simply won't meet minimum reqs on anything decently new. The gpu is underpowered for anything other than CS:Go or LOL or minecraft. A 350w psu will limit you in gpu upgrade to a 750ti at best, which isn't that much better than the 7750HD to begin with.

It's not a viable pc by any means, basically a waste of cash.

If you are selling : $250 although be prepared for a haggle to $200 bottom line.

Eh GTA IV and some COD titles came out when this PC wasn't too old... I wouldn't use that as a way to judge how it'll handle modern games. The real problem is that I can send you a decent build for a bit over $300 that will perform better than that and be completely new parts.
UPDATE: Here it is http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4yyGCJ $362.27

The shipping still brings me way over budget. Its sickly. Going to check out eBay and Amazon tomorrow. I have Amazon Prime so that might help a bit. Might bid on a few ebay listings if I can find some.
