My current pc specs are:

GPU: Gtx 980 g1 gaming.
CPU Cooler: H100 hydro Liquid cooling
CPU: i-7 3770k
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-2133
Storage: Seagate SV35.5 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Storage: OCZ Vertex 4 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Power Supply: Corsair 850W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower White

So my question is what should I upgrade I want to run higher fps on Blade and Soul.

My fps in beta is @under 50fps but sometimes dips to 30fps. I also get some weird noises coming from maybe the HD it sort of clicks then the game/system freezes for a second and then goes back to normal but that only happens in games not sure what that could be? I am also thinking about a more silent power supply and I am transferring my components to my new case the Define R5.

Thanks for any help I also live in Australia.

run the short self-test to check mechanical issues and health. It needs to say green successful. If some sectors are damaged check the dates if they were recent.

check your memory.....Memtest on a USB drive and boot it up at the boot menu pre windows one module at a time.

do a software system cleanse and defrag
update drivers..... all of them.

Ccleaner
Malwarebytes-also custom scan the rootkit scan
Revo uninstaller
NPE
Auslogics defrager
virus scans goes without saying.

clicking noises from the hard drive usually is not good.

My only question is the PSU quaility.

i wouldnt recommend upgrading any of those components personally. those are very good specs. you will pay a high premium on better parts and take a big loss on any changeover. a 980 ti or a titan x are the only thing that will really improve your gaming unless there are other problems holding back your system. clicking may be a fan or the hdd. you can test the hdd with data lifeguard diagnostics here: http://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx

however, i do understand upgrading a case. i went from a junker too.
