PC Gaming is becoming a big part with me and my friends ever since CSGO came up. I want to know if anyone could show me the best possible build with the monitor and os? I'm still in middle school so my mom will be buying this in exchange for extra chores and straight A's, and shes the type of person who doesn't trust anything from ebay or other not widely popular markets for os. She will go with anything from pcpartpicker, but nothing from os2u (I think that was it) or ebay, reddit etc., but yeah, also, if possible, get a blue and black decent looking case.
My ideal build would be a 860k and a 750ti but can someone put a build together?
