Will these fans create positive air flow?

Im going to get the NZXT S340 and wanted to use up all the fan spots, so if i use the case fans that come with the S340 and get 2 Corsair AF120 Performance Edition fans and use them as intakes. Would that setup create positive air flow? I would say so as the Corsair fans have higher CFM then the FN V2 fans but i'm not sure.

Air will flow regardless of if you have fans (just very slowly without them). If you mean you want positive pressure in the case, then you'll need to make sure that at all times CFM in > CFM out, though fan blade shape and static pressure will come into play.
