Solution
A few things to mention:

1. You need a CPU cooler.
2. The PSU could be better.
3. No SSD?

Regarding the PSU, an XFX XXX Pro 650W or XFX XTR 650W are very good choices.

I strongly encourage you to buy an SSD, even if it's just for the OS and programs. The cheapest SSD will still knock the socks off the best HDD when it comes to read/write speed.
