Hello I was looking to buy a graphics card and was wondering which one was the best for value for money. I am in Australia but will convert the prices to us

XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB Video Card-$300AUD(218.81 usd)
SAPPHIRE R9 290 4GB GDDR5 GPU $306 AUD(223.18 usd)
Asus GeForce GTX 960 2GB Turbo Graphics Card $260 AUD(189.63usd)

I would but It is a extra +150$ since I live in Australia. Also I don't plan on playing on 4k since my budget restricts me

We all live on a budget. Nothing wrong with that. If the R9 290's are that much less money, I would be doing what you are as well.

And if I had to pick between the 3 cards you listed, I would check to see which R9 290 card was faster, and if one was faster than the other grab it, and if they were the same speeds, I would buy the cheaper of the two. I have owned both XFX and Sapphire cards at various times, and both were good video cards for me.
