My pc is very new, bought only 4 months ago. It is only used for fb and a game with client, and some web browsing. Suddenly one day, a blue screen shown up with physical dump of memory message with numbers count down (first time on this pc). I don't exactly remember but I press some keys on keyboard and it restarted. Since then there is a "new folder" appeared on desktop every time when I turn it on. A "Thumb" folder is in the "New folder" and there is nothing else in both folders. Can someone help?

And is there a way to avoid blue screen with physical dump of memory message? All my old pcs would gradually die when I received that... sorry if it is a silly question but I am quite a computer destroyer >.>" My pcs never survived more than 4-5 years...

My pc info:
Dell
i3-4170 CPU @3.70GHz
8GB RAM
Win 7 Pro Service Pack 1

Thank you very much in advance for any advice!!
