Help please with power supply voltage question

I am using a 750w corsair power supply and using HWmonitor to see the voltages. The +12v rail is fluctuating between 2 4 and 7 roughly (V). Is this bad for my computer? also the CPU VCORE fluctuates between .832 and 1.168 (V). Are these readings normal?

A small fluctuation if 1v might be ok for +12v, but the swings you saw are not reasonable.
The pc should fail with those.
I suspect a simple error in reporting.

Vcore can definitely change as the multiplier goes up and down. Those numbers look ok.
Is your cpu haswell or Skylake?

i have i5 760 intel cpu with gigabyte gap55-usb3 motherboard
