Hard Drive Write speed?

I would like to know about a HDD that can record 60fps, in full screen (1920x1080). I had an SSD and a HDD in my list but I only want one. I would like the HDD to be 1 TB.

Well I'm not sure what you mean "you want to know about" but if you want a HDD that is good for recording 60fps, try looking into the Western Digital Velociraptor series. They are great hard drives that spin at 10k rpm, with read/write speeds around 200mbps on SATA III.

Also, if you were considering both SSD and HDD, you may want to consider a Hybrid Hard Drive... a 1TB a Seagate around $80

Apparently Western Digital makes only a 4TB 3.5" Hybrid.

If you want a 1 TB drive you would probably want a standard drive or a hybrid. A solid state 1TB drive is a bit pricey. Did you already make sure that your CPU and video card are good enough to handle HD recording?

I already am recording with what I currently have before that upgrade in 720
GTX 600 series + comes with a built in 60fps recording feature. I've seen people with this CPU record, and the 960 is more than enough for 1080p. I just needed to know a HDD that actually can be written to at that rate

Hey I already told you, if you want a fast HDD which has high read and write speeds, go with a Western Digital Raptor. If you want even faster preformance then go SSD. Im not sure the speed on Hybrid drives.
