Hello everyone, as you have read the title, I need to help choosing proper components for preparing a casual gaming pc (not me, this post is on behalf of my cousin).
The budget is 35,000 inr. (I hope he tries to extend it to 40,000).
He already has mouse, keyboard and psu. Since he isn't planning to buy a graphic card right now, it can be added or put out of your list.
Your help would be appreciated!

Solution
Processor -> Intel i5-4440 (Rs 13,700)

Motherboard -> Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard (Rs 6,000)

GPU -> MSI Nvidia GTX 750TI 2GB (Rs 11,000)

RAM -> Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB(Rs 3,399)

HDD -> Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop 7200 RPM (Rs 3,700)

Cabinet -> Circle Gaming Cabinet CC 821 (Rs 2,699)

Optical Drive -> Asus Internal DVD Writer DRW-24D3ST(Rs 1,100)

Total : Rs 41,598(with Graphics Card)
Total : Rs (41,598 - 11,000) = Rs 30,598(without Graphics Card)

The GTX 750TI + i5 4440 is a perfect combo for a budget build like this.

League of Legends would be possible to do and run at around 30 to 60fps on low to medium graphics...but everything else is simply impossible with that budget.

He will get better performance by looking for as powerful used/refurbished pc as possible.

Some old Intel i5 2400 or similar with maybe GTX 660 should be well within the possibility when buying as used.

The build probably has to hold OS too.
Could OP confirm if OS is needed or not?
