I downloaded Recuva to recover the data, but it is not working, because itsays: my card is invalid drive size.
Yes, I changed the picture, wich was opened directly from SD card and it is the source or issue. But what should I do now? The program ask me to format

Recovering data from SD cards and USB flash drives is a bit trickier than with hard drive, because once it fails, there's little chance that you'd be able to get to any of the data. That's why I'd suggest that you try with a few other data recovery programs, to see if you have better luck with any of them: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/tp/free-file-recovery-programs.htm. Another option would be to try the card with a different computer/device, to see if it's properly recognized or try accessing it via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD, to see if it helps you get to your data.
