Just tell me if this system is compatible and if the parts will work well with each other. I tried keeping a white / black color scheme so I think that's alright. I think the CPU will work well with the GPU. Thoughts on the whole system overall?

As stated, get a different power supply. Outside of that the rest looks pretty good.

If you plan on overclocking then you will need a aftermarket cpu cooler like the hyper 212 evo, if not overclocking then you are just overpaying by getting the k series cpu and z97 board.

Only other thing is that I would suggest a powerline network adapter over wifi. They are more stable then wifi and greatly outperform it in ping/latency which is far more important for gaming then its mbps.

The Seasonic 620W S12ii is a higher quality unit (tier-2) vs the CX ranking of (tier-4) according to tomsharware psu rankings in the components section of this forum.

I have the 520W smaller version of the 620W S12ii, and have had no issues and I never hear the cooling fan in it.

Tier-1 would be ideal, but they tend to be very expensive.
