Recently while in the middle of a game of smite my usual fps of 110+ dropped to 20-30 and stayed there. Since then any game I play i suffers from much lower fps than what i am used to. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but to be honest I have no idea what to do.
Sudden and permanent fps drop across all games.

40 seems a bit too low if you have air cooling, I'm not sure what the best monitoring software is for AMD but Core Temp seems to work well, try that.
