This thing fell off my motherboard while changing the battery of my MacBook Pro , does anyone know what it is? Can i turn on my mbp ?? Heeeeeelp

Its an EMI pogo pin ..Now does anyone know if losing one will cause any damage?

If it's not an electrical part, it's likely insignificant to the electrical functioning of the device. It looks purely mechanical from the blurry picture you've posted.
