So i bought a nice budget case last week, it was a corsair carbide 100R Mid-Tower case. I was planning on getting some liquid cooling for my pc since the noise that my stock cpu cooler does really annoys me. This case got 2 fan mount locations on the top of the it, so here comes the question. Will that space be enough to place a corsair h100i? if not, would buying a corsair h60 for the back mount be a good alternative?

H100i will not fit the case top mount. The rad + fan will protrude to the upper part of the motherboard, there just isn't enough space to accommodate the cooler's rad and fans. The H60 will definitely fit fine, rear mount.

That cooler is going to cut it really close in to the case' side panel. The case will only support up to 150mm max CPU cooler, and that cooler is 145mm in height. It'll probably fit, but it's going to be really tight.
