Not a bad build.

A few questions are if you're OK with a 22" monitor or if you want 24" Also 27" 1440p monitors can be had cheap.

Also allow $100 for windows.

As for audio do you want a USB headset or speakers? Do you want regular headphones you can use with other devices such as a stereo, TV, MP3 player, guitar, etc... If so consider a motherboard with a headphone amp onboard.
