My Chrome started acting up and yes I have tried other web browser's and have gotten the same issue. Basically I can not stream Netflix, I just get endless loading until it says internet connection problem. The weird thing is that when I run a VPN it works fine. And boom watching Netflix and all seems well. But the VPN does not fix my YouTube or Facebook issues. In YouTube 50% of the time it will only load the video and the text on the side and no comments, Sometimes it will load comments and suggested videos but the player will lag out. In Facebook it will load some of the page, but not notifications or messages. When I try to scroll down it won't present me with any new content It just stops and then I hit refresh 3-4 times and try again. Some websites won't even load such as thisiswhyimbroke.com, this site will just refuse to load. I am pretty educated when it comes to computers but I do not know much about networks and networking. If someone could help me out that would be fantastic :)
And btw I have cleared all cookies and browsing history, reinstalled twice and ran for malware and viruses in safe mode. So doesn't look like it is gonna be a easy fix :/
