How Do I NVflash Dual Bios?

I accidentally flashed a EVGA 970 3979 to my 3975 on the slave bios and now it won't show anything on boot. I'm able to switch to my master bios and operate just fine but would like to restore my slave.

Is there a way to do this with NVflash while using the master as my current bios? I have the backed up rom on my desktop.

Boot with the master bios, once in windows flip the switch to the slave bios then re-flash it.
You can run GPU-Z after you flip the switch to confirm you are now on the slave bios.
