Can I put this CPU into my build? Also do I need to buy Windows again?

Okay so I'm trying to save some money and I was wondering if I can pull my AMD FX-6200 (6 cores at 3.8Ghz), cpu cooler and RAM and HDD into this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/accio08/saved/gTs7YJ
I've already bought the GPU which is a gtx 960 4gb
And the PC I'm pulling the parts is: http://www.amazon.com/HP-Desktop-h8-1534-FX-6200-Windows/dp/B00CS8EZLM
Also final question, if I take the HDD from this PC and put it into this build would I need to buy windows again if I wiped it?
Thanks for reading, sorry if these are stupid questions first timer here.

For one thing no you can't. That motherboard's socket completley different form an amd3+ socket. Lga 1150 is an intel only proprietary socket. Even if they look similar they're physically different, amd keeps their pins on the cpu, intel keeps the pins on the mobo.

If you're switching components like that build says yes you'd have to wipe your drive, and it also depends on the computer manufacturer if that pc will even allow you to change liscenes to different tech. Sometimes pc manufacturers will have the windows product key set for only a specific set of tech the tech your pc came with as it's pre built. It's a licensing thing they have with ms i believe. I mean by all means go for it but i don't know if it'll work or not.

Another thing, why not just put the 960 into the old pc? You don't need brand new tech to shove a gpu into a pci port. Whats the psu on the current pc? Nvm it originally came with a 7570 i doubt it's pulling enough juice to run the 960.

My advice, wait until the 960 comes in see if it'll fit into your old case, if it does turn on the pc see if it'll run a game, if the monitor goes completely black then your psu isn't providing enough power swap it out for a bigger one, just remember to plug in all the connections again it'll help to take a picture of each connection as a check off list with a phone. In case you forget. Also make sure all connections are un plugged before pulling out the psu. Some connections like the big atx motherboard connection'll take some force to get out. Just be careful. Gl.

I'll try this when I pick it up from my friends house in on the weekend, does my PSU even have all the connectors for a GTX 960? Last time I checked the gpu didn't have anything plugged into it

I'd look into some build videos to get a better picture on what you do and don't need. Building a pc isn't hard, but theirs plenty of build videos on youtube that'll give you a better picture on what parts you need, in your build how put them together etc.
