looking for internet speed problems

im working in a software company where im getting a problem like low download speed and high upload speed. actually my office internet speed is 30mbps. but my download speed is around 2mbps and my upload speed is around 30- 35mbps. when i ask to my ISP's they are saying that we dont have any problem here, we are giving high speed.

what should i have to do? plzz give me reply

Are there others using the same connection? It's possible that they're hogging the bandwidth.

I'd normally expect it to affect both up & down, but you're not testing via WiFi?

Can you hit the 'share' button on the speedtest page?

Tried different servers?

Is it over WiFi or Ethernet?

Is anyone else using the network?

What type of internet connection (e.g. DSL, fibre, cellular (3G/4G), ethernet) do you have?

it is directly from fibre to switch.
