60 fps 1080p gaming build

Can anybody help me choose the components for a gaming build for my pc. I hope to play games at 60fps at 1080p. What would be the cheapest build for this. This would be my first time building a pc so I do not know much about pcs. I want to play any game at 1080p at 60fps and maybe 30fps for games in the future before deciding whether to upgrade it. Please help me. Thanks.

What settings do you want to play at? There's quite a difference between a pc able to play at minimum settings and one that can play at maximum settings.
