Hello, this is my first time actually posting here (though I have lerked these forums for answers for years).

Recently I did a reformat of my harddrive with a fresh install of Win7 64bit. Previously I was able to run both my monitors (extended) by using both the onboard and graphics card at the same time. I am aware that there are many threads out there that say that this is impossible, however I know that it can be done because I have done it. However for what ever reason, I am unable to do it again after the reformat. The last time I had to change a BIOS setting to enable integration however I can't for the life of me figure out how I did it the last time.(Note: I reset my BIOS to default after I reformatted)

MOBO: GA-78LMT-2SP (Gigabyte)
Graphics Card : AMD Radeon HD 6670

If I remember correctly device manager used to display the AMD Radeon HD 6670 AND the standard VGA, however now I am only able to access one or the other. If there is any more information I could give that would make solving this issue easier please let me know and I will add it. Thanks!

Ok, so after tinkering with it a bit I have come to this conclusion. Yes, I do have the correct driver installed for both the onboard VGA, and the graphics card. The reason I know this is because when I go into the BIOS I have an option to select which to load first (PCI, or On Board VGA). When I select PCI, device manager detects the driver and shows me that it is installed succesfully. It does detect the onboard VGA (it labels it as AMD 760G) however it has a yellow exclimation mark that says that the driver has stopped because a problem was detected, (efforts to uninstall and reinstall fail).

When I switch the BIOS to load on board, then same thing happens. It detects the onboard as AMD 760G however this one now shows to be active with the proper driver, while the graphics card (listed as AMD Radeon HD 6670) gets the exclamation mark and efforts to uninstall/reinstall fail.

I do believe that the correct drivers are in place and that the only thing left standing in my way is my computer for some reason not being able to run them both simultaneously. It's very frustrating because before reformatting my PC I was able to do it, and now all of a sudden I can't figure it out.
