hi guys...
i have a very tight budget about 300$ becuase I have big financial university commitements and want a pc new build
and i am in-front of 3 options and i went some help from the expert in the part of cpu type
#1- amd x4 760 k + msi ax88

#2- amd fx 4300/6300 + msi 970a-g46

#3- intel 3258 + some msi borad

gpu: r7 250x / gt 730 64bit 1g ddr5

ssd: sandisk 80 gb (depend on the budget)

hdd: 1tb segate (what about sshd ?is it better than a indviual ssd?)

my needs : good overclocking
gaming at 720p/mid to high
some light rendering & video editing
os hacking(linux mostly)
programing

I am so confused :??: !!! I am kind of amd fan and will upgrade to zen if he beat intel i5 or back to intel when some extra money.

Solution

Okay that build isnt the best utilisation of money as the motherboard is the most expensive but I have done a build myself which is better than that one http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Rj87Lk. I hope that helps and that should be able to play most games 1080p medium to high settings , you can change the case if you want , and if you don't need the DVD drive don't get it , install windows through a USB :)

I'm not sure what you are asking, Are you wanting to build a PC for $300 or Just $300 for GPU , motherboard and CPU.
Anyway I wouldn't consider an SSD at that Budget.
The Intel 3528 is a really good CPU for gaming if you can over clock it but It wont be good enough for AAA titles at high settings and this processor is terrible for Multi threaded applications.
The R7 250X would be better than the GT 730 but if you could expand your budget for the R7 360 or GTX 950 it would be a lot more worth it.
And as a word of advise Do not cheap out on the power supply.
I hope this helps :)

Building a PC for $300 is very tough, all I can recommend is to watch this you-tuber on a $300 PC build and if that doesn't suit your need I cant Think of anything else
https://youtu.be/qLpF3QiOdXU
Basically the system he will show you is going to have an A8 7600 AMD APU, using on board graphics, But has the ability to have a graphics card later when you have more money.
Games this will run:
(1080p) Battlefield 4 Very Low settings with no AA
(720p) Arma 2/3 medium settings
(720p) DayZ medium settings
(1080p) TF2 Ultra
(1080p) League of Legends Ultra
(1080p) Minecraft Ultra
(1080p) CS GO Ultra

Thanks A lot PaddyMcpadington!!
It was very helpfull
but i had some thing in my mind want to tell u
if I go with the am3+ socket i will have so much pure cpu power to benfit
maybe a fx 8320E would a very good upgrade option in the futuer
what do you think?
becuase there is no upgrade option for fm2+
I know i would be even clos to i7 2600k but I am also a abroad student with tight budget

Have you considered to buy a used PC from ebay or something? In most cases you will get more for your money on a used pc, if you are only willing to spend 300$. With the stagnation in processing power of actual cpus it's often more recommended to go with a better last gen build, than buy a new low end pc.

So the AM3+ socket is very good for overclocking but it is a very old chipset , the newest athlon on the fm2+ socket has more powerful cores than the FX series and will provide better single core performance . now if your looking to have upgradability on a powerful socket and CPU you could consider the unlocked pentium on the Z97 board because it would have very good gaming performance but low multitasking performance. But its your choice if you want to go with a FX processor , you don't need a 990 chipset a 970 chipset would be best for your needs don't try to spend loads of money on a motherboard because as long as its compatible with your board it will have the same performance as all the other motherboards ( CPU wise ) , when you pay more for a motherboard your paying for better and more features , that's all, good luck with what you choose :)
