Hi guys i recently formatted my pc and i put win8.1 since its better for games + faster and i needed to change, on windows 7 i did have a little bit of lag when running dual monitor. The game monitor (144hz) + a video playing on second monitor (60hz) caused me to drop like 5 fps or something not really a big deal.
But now that i got win 8.1 when im playing my game on the 144hz monitor and playing a video on the other 60hz monitor, my fps on the game go to 60fps instead of 144 and i get a horrible lag, anyone knows what is causing this ?
