Can i fit dedicated graphics card in my laptop????

I was wondering if i could get more performance and fps if i added adedicated or descrete graphics to my laptop,
Lenovo g50-45 15.6" screen
Amd a4 6120 - 1.8 ghz soon to be a8 6140 2.0 boosted 2.4
4gb ram + 8gb soon
500gb hdd

If i was to get one how much would that and all my upgrades in one hit improve framerates?
And would i be able to play gta on lowest setting if it is 1gb or 2gb dedicated vram

No it uses the built in GPU on the APU. Also I doubt you can upgrade the APU (cpu+gpu on same die/package) because it is soldered to the motherboard..
