Hello,

I just bought 2 DELL 27-inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1440. I want to use these two monitors in extended desktop so you can work comfortably. I do very little game of poker, but it does not require much graphics performance.

My screens have only DisplayPort because the screen does not offer maximum HDMI resolution. So I need a graphics card with multiple DisplayPort output.

Do you think the GTX 960 can support the dual display ? Because it has 3 DisplayPorts.

Otherwise what card could be suitable for resolution? Because in the end the display will be (2 x 2560) x1440 in extended desktop

thanks for your help

If you are not going to play video games, you will not need a GTX 960.

I suggest you look into buying a GTX 950, it has 3 display ports and it will let you play your games and watch video's in 4k.

At this point there is no lower end card like a GT 940. I'd say go for the GTx 950 if it is within your budget.

Also if you ever decide to play video games you can with the GTx 950

Hello,
If I play, it's a game like "Football Manager" on one screen. I mainly use my second screen to extend the desktop for work and also to add poker table, multitable.

So a 960 or 950 wide enough to have 2 times the 2560x1440 resolution.

The maximum resolution of a card, it is by port or for all output port ?
