Hi everyone,
I've recently invested in a new pc- something that will last me over the next 10/20 years hopefully. When picking the parts, I was advised to go for a 650w power supply, as the maximum output was actually around 599w. However, I was also advised by other sources to stick with a 750w. I have no plans to upgrade anything for the long term future (certainly no SLI), so I think I've made a big error. I'm using this pc for high quality gameplay recording/editing/rendering, as well as CGI animation. I'm also very worried about efficiency- will keeping the 750w waste lots of heat/energy, or will downgrading to a 650w put more strain on things? The specs are below, many thanks for reading this.
