June 2nd was just the date the beta became available to the public. Basically they get people to buy the game and become beta testers.

Summer 2016 is official release for NA. Just use the Medium Default settings and then change the textures to High. I play like this on a GTX 770 with around 40+fps. You should get closer to 60.

The devs are very active with server side upgrades coming in every other day
