i have MAXIMUS HERO VIII MOBO
I7 6700K, GTX 970 32GB OF KINGSTON HYPERX FURY 2666MHZ RAM
IN BIOS IT SHOWS THAT MEMORY OPERATES AT SPEEDS OF 800MHZ WHY IS THAT

You didnt change the bios's memory setting to use the XMP profile so it defaulted to using SPD.

If you haven't already, I'd enable XMP in BIOS as popatim suggested. If you have done that, try updating the BIOS first

The factory BIOS had problems for me even with XMP enabled with two G.Skill Trident Z 3400 8GB sticks. I updated to the current version which is 1001 and they now sit at the full screaming 3400Mhz.
