Which temp is more reliable

HI

After checking on forum I understand that my temp for 4790k are fine.
But one issue is which one is more reliable.
I have used HWMonitor and Asus software. Which one should I consider accurate?

if on aida 64 then its fine. prime does stess more. however 5-10min of stress testing doesnt represent actual max temps. make sure you perform one for at least an hour. mid 70s are ok temps.

Hmm.. I have a cooler master hyper evo setup with single fan. Will do it with 2 fan.
Can you tell should both the fan taking air out or one sending in and other out?

I added another fan to cooler. Also using cooler master ic value v1 paste.
Is that fine? Or should I get better one?

Look like prime is giving lot of stress..
Tried it with Aida64 and after effects rendering and it is coming now approximately same.

Also can you confirm is these values are fine?
Nothing is OC, all stock settings.
