A powerful single card is strong enough for 4K display still, SLI would be a good idea for more performance gain but not much as you're expecting.
IMO, A good 1080p / 1440p is suitable for gaming with a single card.

It's better to wait until pascal release and get a powerful card., who knows it could be worth the wait.

HDD: The solid state drive you have mentioned above will be Samsung 840 pro instead of Intel. SSD's from OCZ are great but if you really have one then you better stick with that including WD Black.

I think it's great build but note one thing: FOR games, WD: Blue & Black delivers better performance. Since, GTX 970 hardly draws 145W & the minimum system requirement is 500W. I would drop that 750W to 650W and get a 1TB Blue/Black 7200 rpm HDD with the WD RED.

Gtx 970 is a temporary GPU until Pascal Comes out , I plan to go SLI or Single GPU with 4k Monitor .

I plan to use OCZ vertex 4 SSD & WDD Black from previous PC for storage .
