Solution
Those processors are very poor for gaming and not worth it with SLI configurations.

It is likely that the motherboard of the i5-650 or Q6600 does not even support SLI, so 2x GTX 660 might not be possible.

SLI was very prominent in the Q6600 days and even more so in the first gen i5s. Not sure why you would think it would not have it without knowing more information.

OP, what are the motherboards that you have? That will help determine a lot more than just the CPU, RAM and GPU. From basic specs the Q6600 has 4 full cores while the i5 has 2 cores 4 threads with SMT but it does have a IMC vs a chipset with the memory controller.

The i5 is better in gaming than the Q6600 and the minimum for GTA V is a Q6600. Honestly it would not be as easy but the game might run on the lowest settings on either setup.

the q6600 has a p5w64 pro and the 650's bord is a shity hp bord

Well one downside is that the P5W64 WS Pro does not support SLI. It does support CFX but not SLI, that is due to nVidia not allowing back when they were still making chipsets. If you had a newer LGA 775, with a X38 or something it could. That will drastically hurt performance in the games.
