Do I need any additional parts for this build to run?

I found a great build for a great price but I was wondering whether I could order all of the parts listed and play, or do I need any additional parts?

There are a lot of empty slots and I am wondering if I need any of them, for example case fans or do they come with it?

Besides an OS, everything looks fine. And maybe an optical/dvd drive.
The case comes with fans, enough to run, but maybe not achieve your ideal temperatures.
The extra slots are all for just that, extras. If you want Wifi you'll have to get a get a wireless network adapter, or if you want to setup a 7.1 speaker system you'll need a sound card. If you want a cooler, quieter CPU fan you'll need one of those as well.
