Top casing fan should be intake or exhaust?

I have a corsair carbide series spec 03 casing,there are only one intake fan at the front of the casing

and i just bought a 120mm cooler master sickleflow x case fan, the question is should i put the fan at top as intake or exhaust? the casing's top fan slot were got a dust filter. D:

Front, bottom, side intake, back, top exhaust.
I would of bought 2 X 140mm fans for the front and moved the original front fan to the top.

In most situations the top fan is exhaust , it's a great idea to put a top exhaust in the Spec , it's a common question.

oh yea...if now i only got 3 casing fan
the rear exhaust
the front intake
should i install the another as a intake first? or exhaust is better?
